Oh and also addicted to Yoga i joined Yogaworks in LA and LOVE IT!!! I have been going 4-5x a week and feeling much stronger and calmer and happier.
Its been a while i forgot how good it makes you feel.
Plus its right next to crumbs and yummy vanilla coffee.
Anyone who has back problems or needs a clear head start yoga youll start feeling better the first week.
